Reclaim Your Overgrown Land

Starting at $860 half day · residential properties up to 5 acres

We beat the competition on price because we keep our costs down — a 48-inch mulcher costs far less to run than the big 60-inch rigs, and on an acre it only takes a few more passes. Same cleared land, lower price.

One machine grinds brush, saplings, and small trees right where they stand and turns them into mulch on the spot — no bulldozing, no hauling, no burn piles. The mulch stays on your land as ground cover.

A Half-Day Schedule Block is $860 and a Full-Day Schedule Block is $1,720 — a fixed project price for the agreed scope of work. Larger jobs book by the day and half day. Your free on-site estimate confirms which. A 50% deposit books the job; the balance is due on completion. Card, Zelle, Venmo, or cash.

No — our 48-inch mulcher is narrow and low-disturbance by design. It fits through standard gates and leaves a clean, walkable finish rather than torn-up ground.

Brush, saplings, and trees up to 6″ diameter. We don't take down large-diameter trees, remove fences or structures, or do grading or soil work. Not sure if your job fits? That's what the free estimate is for.

Winter — vegetation is dormant and the ground is firm. That said, plenty of clients schedule summer clearings to see the change immediately. We work year-round.

No city or state permits are required — mulching disturbs no soil. The only OK you may need is from your own HOA or governing body, and that part's yours. We focus on the clearing.

Yes — stump grinding is $8.75 per inch of stump diameter, using a low-noise Dipperfox stump pulverizer (no flying material, same compact setup as the mulcher). Material is packed in place or left where it lies; you or a landscaper we can refer fill in with dirt.
